Spectra Foundation aims to support the economic health of our creative community. The heart of our organization is community over competition. Please contact us if you have questions about our programs or how you can be a part of our efforts to strengthen our creative community.
This platform is a movement of creative individuals that facilitate public and private community partnerships and serve as a catalyst for economic development.
We plan to be a part of that type of economic growth and community building with current and future programming.
Research shows that nationally, the nonprofit arts and culture sector generated $151.7 billion of economic activity in 2022. The industry supported over 2.6 million jobs, provided $101 billion in personal income to residents, and generated $29.1 billion in tax revenue to local, state, and federal governments.
We are committed to offering regular, quarterly creative workshops that are accessible to the public. By offering these events, we create an inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can benefit from education, inspiration, and connection. For CreativeMornings, being a free event is a core requirement, reinforcing our commitment to fostering creativity without limitations. These programs will provide opportunities for individuals of all ages and skill levels to explore art, develop new skills, and engage with creative technologies. By prioritizing inclusivity and accessibility, we aim to make art and creative education a cornerstone of community enrichment and revitalization.
